NIWFA & MACFA CHAMPS LOGISTICS
We're in the process of figuring out how we're roll'n up into Hoboken. If you are driving your own car or have any special needs (we know foilists have "special needs", but i'm referring to anyone who needs to be dropped off along the way since it's spring break) let us know NOW. USFA SCHEDULE UPDATED
The rest of the VA division schedule has been posted. So it is said, so let it be written...
CLUB ACTIVITIES (update)
The mob has spoken...Lasertag next Friday (2/7). Social to follow lasertag at my house, 710 East Roanoke Street. The social will start at 1030. Practice will still be held friday night if anyone wishes to come.
ALUMNI TOURNAMENT (update)
We've heard from a couple of people that the banquet prices are a bit high this year. We're in the process of trying to find a way to lower the prices. However, because of the large group expected we have reserved a room and a catering service (this results in a slightly more expensive meal). More to come shortly...
PICTURES FOR FENCING FILM
I know you have pictures, and I need them for the fencing video. They can be of whatever theme, as long as they are a)of people in the club b)do not involve alcohol, drugs, yadda , yadda. I have a scanner if the picture is not already in digital format. My connection is a bit slow, so if they're in digital format it would be best to burn them to a cd. E-mail me if you can donate to 'the cause'. rwemhoff@vt.edu
SPRING CLUB MEETING
On March 17, we'll be having another club meeting, complete in all its glory. In addition to all the other festivities, we'll be reviewing any changes which may be needed to the constitution. Read through the club's constitution and notify me, rwemhoff@vt.edu , if you think something should be changed. Do this before the meeting so we can review it ahead of time.
JACKETS
If you would like a VTFC jacket (Jen and Jess especially love them), they will be offered for a discount next fall semester to you if you help volunteer at either the Alumni Tournament or '03 Tech Open. Remember, you will only receive a discount if you help out.
FUNDRAISING
Ok folks, lots of expenses during the upcoming semester (i.e. NCCFC). We need some ideas on club fundraisers. If you think you have a good idea let Jessica know jeball5@vt.edu .

That concludes this week's minutes. VTFC practices will be held every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday in the Dance room from 730 until 10pm; Tuesday and Thursday practices in multipurpose room A from 8 until 10pm. For anyone interested in attending our weekly officer meetings, they will be held every Thursday at 645PM @ 2nd Floor Payne Hall Crossover Lounge. All compliments, suggestions, and praises regarding these mintues should come to me. All complaints shall be directed toward that brick wall over there. Thank you for your time.
