Members' Minutes
Alumni Tournament
It's on Saturday and Sunday, April 26 & 27. Set up will start at 9 on Friday, during practice. Please come, the more people we have the faster it will go for everyone. Here's the schedule
Saturday (individuals)
-900 War Gym Opens
-930 Registration Closes
-1000 Foil Fences
-1200 Epee Fences
-200 Saber Fences
-800 Banquet
-1000 Banquet ends, what you do after that is your business!
Sunday (team events)
-1030 Registration Closes
-1100 Team events begin, all three weapons being fenced simultaneously.
Summer Practice
Time and places for summer practices is listed on the web cite. If you're gona be here, come on out.
Team Hokies
We will be helping people move in next semester. Move in dates are August 22 & 23. If you come out to help, and you live on campus, you will be permitted to move in your stuff early, on the prior Thursday, and possibly the prior Wednesday. You will also receive cool free gifts, including a sweatshirt and a cap. Talk to Krista if you're interested.
Friday's Practice
Will be canceled, because Ryan will be working on his video, and will require the use of the room. If you have a problem with this send it to Mike.
Standing Issues
~If you want a VTFC Jacket, email Alex, they will likely be ordered next semester.

Random Tournament (USFA MD Div.) U Foil (10 am) C Foil (130 pm) on Saturday, and E Epee (1200 pm) on Sunday.
Officers' Minutes
Summer Newbee Classes
A suggestion was made to hold newbee classes during the summer, possibly in conjunction with the YMCA. Not for this summer, maybe next summer.
Results
NCCFC results are in our hands and still being compiled. MACFA champs results are missing and presumed dead. We never got them, and Griser has not replied to our emails.
Budget
All is well. A thank you was sent to Alan.
Yearbook
It's done . . . . Finally. You can see it if you come to practice.
Awards Dinner
If you agreed to go, you're meeting at 615, it's on the 23 rd of this month.
Annual Report
It's being worked on, and will be completed by the due date of Friday the 25th.
Alumni Tournament
We will contact Sam about getting tables and chairs. We will also contact the VA Division about borrowing some electric strips. Supplies such as tape will be bought. I know, very exciting news.
Banquet
Will be at El Guad's. Reservation need to be made. We will have it at 730, on the last day of classes. We are expecting 25-30 people.
Banquet Awards
The ROY has been selected, MVP selections are still on going.
Gifts
We are looking into getting gifts for those who have helped us out throughout the year..
Paper Plate Awards
We will be making them soon, think about awards you want to give.
Next Year's tournaments
We are looking for dates to host NIWFA, possibly in September. We are also making noise about Tech Open.
