Officers' Minutes
Fundraising:
Paul is currently trying to find
the exact details regarding the Pizza Hut sponsorship. As of yet it is unknown
how much the club will have to pay, if anything, for the fundraising. RDP also
pointed out that we must be careful with a Pizza Hut sponsorship due to the fact
its in direct competition with the University's Pizza Hut. Methods to
circumvent this problem are still underway.
Tech Open:
Food will be sold at the
tournament, although where the food is coming from has not yet been decided
because Subway has yet to get back to us with pricing.
Armorer's Agenda:
Two slightly used reels have been
purchased by the club at a third of the usual cost. Many thanks to Anne and
Alex whose efforts went to getting us the discounted equipment.
Note to all officers: For health and
safety reasons, "Anne's Time" should no longer be interrupted. Wait until the
"Officer's Needs" portion of the meeting to officially begin before saying a
word.
