Members' Minutes
 
Newbie Classes:
Intermediate lessons are being planned.  They will be similar to the Newbie lessons, but will focus on specific weapons.
 
Biannual Meeting:
The Bi-Annual meeting is coming up, in which we will discuss the Tech Open, and vote on Constitution changes.  Day of the meeting will be announced shortly.
 
Squad Captains:
The new men's epee squad captain is Boyd Harrison.
 
Old Business:
~If you were born during or after 1984, you are eligible for Junior Olympic Qualifiers. 
 
 
Upcoming Tournaments:
October 18th and 19th:  William & Mary Open in Williamsburg, VA.  Open Foil, Epee, and Saber.

Article V - Finance:
Dues will be charged to each regular, associate, and junior member.  *All returning members are required to pay dues the week prior to the start of the Beginner's class.*  If the need arises,...(rest of the Article)
 
Article I, Section 1, #4
Members who are under the age of 18 and not a full time Virginia Tech student must have a club member sponsor them for club participation, *which includes participation in drills and on a fencing strip.*
 
 
Tech Open:
Will be held October 25 and 26, not the 15th and 26th as previously stated.  Because Tripplette isn't coming up, we threw around the idea of seeing if PBT was interested in coming.  We have a T-Shirt design, and the swords are in our possession.
 
 
Newbie Class:
We're in our last week.
