Virginia Tech Fencing Club Minutes, 02/04/2004

Fundraising:
The indoor track event sign-up sheet could still use some volunteers, so head on over to practice and sign up. We still need help on both Saturday (14th) shifts, so please help support our club.

Annual Meeting:
Online nominations will be open March 3-10, on the listserv. The annual meeting will be held during practice on Wednesday, March 17. If you cannot make it to the meeting, you will have an opportunity to cast your vote via email. We will also be voting on proposed changes to the constitution at the meeting, but you will not be able to vote on those changes online. More information will follow about the procedure for all of this, nobody panic.

Men’s Team:
Results should be posted soon from JHU.

MACFA:
There is a possible meet scheduled for Feb. 22. The location TBA.

MACFA Champs:
On February 29th we will be hosting Champs, and we need LOTS of help from YOU. We’ve been busy with planning, but it’s all coming together. We’ll keep you up to speed as the event nears.
